    Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us, pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 6 August 2010 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford & Co in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN FPH900, moved below the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted to 2.91% (this corresponds to 428,180 voting rights). 

    All voting rights (2.91%), this corresponds to 428,180 voting rights, are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG (via Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited). 

    In addition Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us, pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 6 August 2010 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN FPH900, moved below the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted 2.91% (this corresponds to 428,180 voting rights). 

    All of these voting rights (2.91%, this corresponds to 428,180 voting rights, are attributed to Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in accordance to sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no. 6 of the WpHG..
