Voting Rights of WestLB AG and Banque d'Orsay S.A. fell below the threshold of 3% and has reached 0%

On May 11, 2010 , WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has informed us according to § 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on May 07, 2010 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).

On May 11, 2010 , Banque d'Orsay S.A., Paris, France has informed us according to § 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on May 07, 2010 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).

Orsay Asset Management SNC initiated Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG shares purchases. Orsay Asset Management SNC is a 100% subsidiary of Banque d'Orsay S.A. which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of WestLB AG.

By notifying the discontinuation of the qualification as subsidiary of Orsay Asset Management SNC on 07.05.2010 according to § 32, paragraph 3, in conjunction with paragraph 2 InvG, no further attribution of the holdings of Orsay Asset Management SNC in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG shares will be done pursuant to § 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 1 WpHG. Therefore, the company notifies that the holding in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% and has reached 0%.
