On April 16, 2010 , WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on February 25, 2010  and on that day amounted to 3.06% (this corresponds to 449,429 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.06% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 449,429 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company via Banque d'Orsay S.A. and Orsay Asset Management SNC.
