Baillie Gifford holds 3.78% and is now below the threshold of 5%


    Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us, pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 23 February 2010 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford & Co in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN FPH900, fell below the threshold of 5% and on this date amounted 3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights). 

    Of these voting rights, 3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights) are to be attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG. 

    Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG are to be attributed to:
