Correction of our Publication of 17 July 2008 according to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG 

Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us, pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 14 July 2008 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford & Co in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN FPH900, exceeded the threshold of 5% and on this date amounted 5.39% (this corresponds to 792,000 voting rights).

Thereof 1.61% (this corresponds to 236,500 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1, no. 6 of the WpHG. 

3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG. 

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG are to be attributed to:
- United Nations

Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us, pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 14 July 2008 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in Francotyp-Postalia Holdign AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN FPH900, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted 3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights). 

All voting rights of 3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in accordance to sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no. 6 of the WpHG. 

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG are to be attributed to:
