    On June 25, 2009 , Mr Hartmut Neumann, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 25, 2009 and now amount to 2.97% (this corresponds to 436,053 Voting Rights).
