    On May 07, 2009 , Mr Hartmut Neumann, Deutschland has informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on April 27, 2009 and now amount to 3.13% (this corresponds to 460,260 voting rights).
