Announcement pursuant to § 26 para. 1 Securities Trade Act (WpHG)

On February 10, 2009, Invesco UK Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on January 20, 2009 and now amount to 1.036% (this corresponds to 152,505 voting rights).

According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6 with sent. 2 of the WpHG, all voting rights are attributed to the company.

On February 10, 2009, Invesco Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on January 20, 2009 and now amount to 1.036% (this corresponds to 152,505 voting rights).

According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 with sent. 2 of the WpHG all voting rights are attributed to the company.
