    On January 30, 2009 , Invesco Fund Managers Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 21, 2009 and now amount to 2.944% (this corresponds to 432,861 Voting Rights).

    According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.944% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 432,861 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company.
