KBL Richelieu Gestion fell below 5% threshold and holds 4.85%
Notification pursuant to section 26 para.1 of the WpHG
On December 16, 2008, KBL Richelieu Gestion, Paris, France has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on August 29, 2008 and now amount to 6.14% (this corresponds to 903,000 Voting Rights).
On December 16, 2008 , KBL Richelieu Gestion, Paris, France has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2008 and now amount to 4.85% (this corresponds to 713000 Voting Rights).
