    On December 01, 2008, Mr Eric Spoerndli, Schweiz has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on November 27, 2008 and now amount to 3.28% (this corresponds to 481,894 Voting Rights).
