Publication according to §26 paragraph. 1 WpHG

On August 1, 2008, J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited, London, Great Britain has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on July 29, 2008 and now amount to nil% (this corresponds to nil voting rights). Nil% of the voting rights (this corresponds to nil voting rights) are attributable to J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG. Voting rights attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited by J O Hambro Capital Management Umbrella Fund plc which holds directly nil% of the voting rights.

Nil% of the voting rights (this corresponds to nil voting rights)are attributable to J O Hambro Capital Management Limited in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.

Voting rights are attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management Limited by J O Hambro Capital Management Umbrella Fund plc which holds directly nil% or more of the voting rights.
