Announcement according § 26 section 1 WpHG

Financière de L'Echiquier Paris, France has informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on March 07, 2007 and now amount to 3.27% (this corresponds to 480,952 Voting Rights).

Of these voting rights, 0.027% (4,000 voting rights) were to be attributed to Financière de L’Echiquier pursuant to article 22, section 1 sentence 1 number 6 WpHG.

Financière de L'Echiquier Paris, France has informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on November 01, 2007 and now amount to 5.112% (this corresponds to 751.510 voting rights).

Of these voting rights, 0.02% (3,340 voting rights) were to be attributed to Financière de L’Echiquier pursuant to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 number 6 WpHG.
