Baillie Gifford & Co. holds 5.39% on Francotyp

    On July 16, 2008, Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights on July 14, 2008 and now amount to 5.39% (this corresponds to 792,000 voting rights). 1.61% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 236,500 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG. 3.78% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights)are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and Sentence 2 of the WpHG. 

    On July 16, 2008 , Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on July 14, 2008 and now amount to 3.78% (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights). 3.78% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 555,500 voting rights)are attributed to Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG. 

    On July 16, 2008 , Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on June 12, 2008 and now amount to 4.03% (this corresponds to 592,000 voting rights). 1.20% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 177000 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG. 2.82% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 415,000 voting rights)are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co. in accordance to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
