Noticifation pursuant to section 26 para. 1 of the WpHG

Kairos Investment Management Limited based in London, Great Britain, informed us pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG in their own name and on behalf of KIM SpA based in Milano, Italy, KIM BV based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and Kairos Fund Ltd. based in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands that on 1st April 2008 the voting interest of KIM SpA, KIM BV, Kairos Investment Management Ltd and Kairos Fund Ltd in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder (WKN FPH900, ISIN DE000FHP9000) exceeded each the threshold of 3% and amounts to each 3.01% (442,146 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

3.01% (442,146 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos Investment Management Ltd in accordance with section 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6, to Kairos SpA and Kairos BV each in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG are to be attributed to KIM SpA, KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Ltd: Kairos Fund Ltd.
