J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited based in London, Great Britain informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that their voting interest in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (WKN FPH900; ISIN DE000FPH9000) fell below the threshold of 10% on 14th April 2008 and amounts to 9.35% (1,373,948 voting rights) of the voting rights on this day.

9.35% (1,373,948 voting rights) of the voting rights are attributable to J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited in accordance to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited by J O Hambro Capital Management Umbrella Fund plc which holds directly 3% or more of voting rights.
