Alceda Fund Management SA exceeded threshold of 3%

On November 28, 2011, Alceda Fund Management SA, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on November 25, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.068% (this corresponds to 451,000 voting rights).
