Changes in Supervisory Board
mr George Marton has resigned from the Supervisory Board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG. One of its three members, he held office from August 11, 2006. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board wish to thank him for his good work down the years. His successor is Dr Claus Gerckens, who was instated by Court order on August 12, 2009. His term of office ends at the next ordinary General Meeting, which ist expected to be held in June 2010.
Gerckens holds a German diploma in business administration ('Diplom-Kaufmann') and is a German public auditor and tax advisor. He is also a member of the supervisory board of EUROKAI KGaA, Hamburg and the Administrative Board of Waltersdorf-Peute Hafen Betriebs GmbH, Hamburg.
