FP Austria Wins Order from Austrian Post AG
Vienna, April 16, 2009, Francotyp-Postalia Austria, a subsidiary of the worldwide active FP Group, has won a major order from the Austrian Post AG. The Austrian mail services group has ordered FP's centormail BBS for its Salzburg mail distribution center. "The order was placed with Francotyp-Postalia because of its experience and competence. These factors are reflected in its products and service," said Marc Zimmermann, head of corporate communication for Post AG.
Collaboration Between Two Highly Professional Mail Services
The deal between Post AG and the franking machine manufacturer brings together two highly professional mail services: Francotyp has been active in the outbound mail market since 1923. "The fact that the Austrian Post AG places such high value on our know-how is an accolade for both our products and staff," commented Anton Kosar, General Manager of Francotyp-Postalia Austria.
centormail BBS a Specialised Franking System for Mail Services
The centormail BBS is a specialised solution for mail logistics which determines all relevant sender data for each individual letter, franks it and at the same time applies any message or logo in one operation. "The whole process is controlled by FP Commander, a dedicated software. This makes our solution more flexible than ever," explained Anton Kosar.
