FP Group To Run Outbound Mail for Deutsche Messe AG at CeBIT 2009
Birkenwerder, January 28, 2009, The Francotyp-Postalia Group, a worldwide service provider for the outbound mail market, will be running outbound mail for the Deutsche Messe AG at CeBIT 2009 from 3rd to 8th March. Francotyp-Postalia will also be offering its specialist mail processing services to all other exhibitors at CeBIT.
Francotyp-Postalia is market leader in the franking machine sector in Germany and Austria, with a share of 45% in each country. On its exhibition stand in Hall 3, Stand D45, the FP Group will be showcasing all its mail processing solutions and demonstrating how they can be smoothly integrated into daily work routines. Visitors will see how the latest mail processing solutions work together - from franking and inserting, collection, sorting and consolidation of outbound mail, to state-of-the-art digital letter processing.
"Electronic data transmission is a focal point at CeBIT. But doesn't mean that the letter has no role to play any more," commented Dr. Sluma, CEO of the FP Group. Statistics make this clear: Despite Internet and e-mail, the worldwide level of paper mail has remained constant over the last few years. "Contrary to all predictions, paper mail has not been displaced by the new media. Rather, information technology and outbound mail processing have become better integrated," explained Dr. Sluma.
