Oliver Kremers appointed as Chairman of the Board of Management of freesort GmbH

    Birkenwerder, August 1, 2007, Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG announced today that Oliver Kremers (37) was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of its subsidiary freesort GmbH on July 26, 2007 at the company meeting. From August 1, 2007, he will be responsible for the Controlling, Sales and Marketing divisions.
     
    Oliver Kremers has extensive experience, both strategic and operative, in important areas of German post processing.
     
    “Oliver Kremers is an ideal addition to freesort GmbH’s management”, stated Hartmut Neumann, spokesman of the Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG Management Board. “We believe that under his direction we can achieve our ambitious growth and earnings targets in the short term.”
     
    Oliver Kremers studied post and telecommunications in Cologne and Dieburg, concentrating on marketing, company management and psychology. Before moving to Deutsche Post AG in 2002, he worked for five years amongst others at
    Deutsche Telekom AG. His last post was as sales director at Williams Lea Deutschland GmbH, a Deutsche Post World Net company.
     
    Martin Swart (39), a member of the freesort GmbH Management Board since 2005, is responsible for the Production, IT and Administration divisions.
