Prof. Dr. Michael Hoffmann,
born in 1944, completed his PhD (Dr. rer.-pol.) in Business Studies and has been a full Professor for Industrial Manufacturing and Organisation at Witten/Herdecke University since 1998. In addition to his academic career, Prof. Hoffmann has held management positions for nearly twenty years in Marketing, Communications and Sales at several companies. Prof. Hoffmann also founded TMM Technology Marketing Management and MIC Management Industrie Consult GmbH in Dortmund, and SIC Software Industrie Consult GmbH.
 
Christoph Weise,
was born in 1953 and, following the completion of his training as a banker, studied business administration at Bergische Universität in Wuppertal and the University of Cologne, completing his studies in 1983 with a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). Mr. Weise has worked for financial companies for over 20 years, including for Citibank AG.
 
George Marton,
was born in 1940 and studied information technology at Syracuse University. He received a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University. Mr. Marton served as controller and manager of industrial enterprises for over 30 years. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Böwe Bell+Howell Company.
